Cafe de Blaire doesn’t just stop at drinks—they handcraft their own ice cream and gelato, a fact that truly sets them apart. Flavors like strawberry chocolate chip habanero ice cream and butter pecan evoke a sense of playful adventure and comfort all at once. Many visitors, including Taylor Webb, rave about the unique homemade ice cream creations and highly recommend trying an affogato with house-made caramel apple ice cream for a truly memorable flavor experience.

During a recent conference in St. Louis, came across this beautiful gem while walking to the convention center from my hotel. One of the best lattes I've ever had, perfectly smooth. Small shop friendly shop with excellent service. You will not be disappointed.
This place was awesome!! Homemade eatery locally owned. Amazing food, the butter cake is the best!!! If in this area it's a must visit!!!
Dog friendly and very high quality! Support your local AAPI business. The workers were beyond friendly. We had the best experience.
Stopped through St. Louis on a road trip and knew I wanted to go to a local spot. The owner (I believe?) said she hand makes all of the ice cream flavors herself! She was so kind and recommended an affogato with caramel apple ice cream- it was phenomenal!! Safe to say, I will be craving this for a while.
I loved the butter pecan ice cream, the coffee was good, it's roasted locally and the server was very friendly and chatted with me as I was the only person in the place while enjoying my treat. Ice cream is homemade and it is very tasty. You will definitely want to stop at this place when you go to see the arch. It is right at the entrance to the park so you can't miss it it's very convenient and you need a coffee there you go.
We stayed at Hotel Saint Louis for a mother daughter weekend and needed our morning coffee. This was a quick walk to Cafe de Blaire and it was the best coffee and breakfast food we’ve had in a long time! And the owner was so friendly and welcoming :) We got an iced brown butter latte with cold foam, an iced german chocolate mocha and a hot white mocha- all to which we loved! Create your own breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the açaí bowl was phenomenal! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area! Go pay this cute place a visit, you won’t regret it!
Such a great family owned coffee shop! Very warm and welcoming staff and the coffee is delicious! With so many unique flavor combinations. The hot sandwich was delectable as well. And all the ice cream is non-dairy and fruit based and absolutely delicious! A definite must stop in downtown St. Louis!
The food and coffee here are excellent. But that is not what makes this a top notch 5 star location. It’s the customer service and genuine interactions paired with the tasty goodness that completes this 5 star experience. I was able to sit for a while and watch many regular customers come and go. It was clear that the owner knows a little bit about each person, and even a great many by name. I came back for a second time and they remembered exactly what I had ordered the day before. If I was local I’d be here daily. The ice cream is made in house. If you love strawberry, get two scoops!
